Meditation, 2026-04-03

Opening Sacred Space, 4/3/2026

Now, let’s open up sacred space and breathe together, while we hope to deepen our experience of Rain and Barbara in new ways. We are calling in the NSEW… we call in the elements of fire, water, earth and air, we call in our spirit guides, we call in animal and bird spirits, plants, trees and the mycelial network upon which we walk daily, we call in whatever names we ascribe to the divine, gods and goddesses, we call in our higher selves, our ancestors, and we even call in our ascendants as we wander through this sacred territory of talking and sharing.

Let us release whatever attachments or energies don’t belong to us here, we release them to wherever they came from, let us send healing energies into those areas of our bodies that need them, let us listen and share with honesty, compassion, and integrity during this time together.  And, so it is.

Meditation: Waterfall, Volcano, Geyser

Please find a private quiet space for this meditation. I invite you to sit or lie down in any comfortable position you choose.   You can close your eyes or let your eyelids droop, and take in a breath of fresh air through your nostrils, breathing slowly and gently in, (breathe) and exhaling through your mouth also gently.    Breathing in slowly and deeply, and breathing out any toxins, attachments, or energies that are not yours, breathing in light and warmth, exhaling to cleanse your body.   Keep breathing this way as I guide you, or return to your normal breathing.
