Meditation: Waterfall, Volcano, Geyser
Please find a private quiet space for this meditation. I invite you to sit or lie down in any comfortable position you choose. You can close your eyes or let your eyelids droop, and take in a breath of fresh air through your nostrils, breathing slowly and gently in, (breathe) and exhaling through your mouth also gently. Breathing in slowly and deeply, and breathing out any toxins, attachments, or energies that are not yours, breathing in light and warmth, exhaling to cleanse your body. Keep breathing this way as I guide you, or return to your normal breathing. Ring bell 3 times While you are breathing, imagine yourself deep inside the earth. You may be a living being, a gas, a liquid, a mineral, a solid something, an airy something, or any other type of substance, or material. Breathe....
