Sounding or Toning Meditation
Let’s relax with each other out here in this beautiful world, breathing and smelling and seeing and hearing amazing amounts of energy. We may add to that sound if you are willing. If you have been an Art and Soul participant, you may have heard about toning or spirit singing or you may have participated in it elsewhere. My A & S first workshop with this type of sounding helped me realize how very anxious I am to sing or tone solo in front of people. You may feel similarly or you may be like others of us here who perform beautifully with others. A side note: I talked with Psychic Frank @ Chrsyalis a few weeks ago and he told me about the zeal chakra which is said to be opening up these days.
