Quantum Leap Meditation

With eyes closed, sitting or lying down quietly

Breathing rythmically in your own unique manner

Allowing energy to flow into your body, all your cells

Bones and organs, and let your body relax

Take long, deep breaths in and out

Breathing in love, compassion and hope

Breathing out, letting go of any tensions

Restrictions, pain or tightness

In the body

Letting go of any

Negative energies or attachments that

No longer serve you, surrendering them into the

Air or into Mother Earth to be alchemized.

Breathing…. Pause


Moving slowly through the body 

Notice any feelings, tensions, stresses

From your head, neck and shoulders

To your arms, abdomen, toes and fingers

Relaxing fully, sending warm and healing

Energies to whatever stresses you experience

Breathe them into those parts of you and let

Them all relax

Breathing…. Pause


A bright light beams

Toward your mind’s eye

Taking up all the space around you

Inside you, below and above you

Notice how you feel in this bright light

Relaxing there for awhile

If not relaxing, notice how you do feel

Breathing…. Pause


Now, let your consciousness imagine

A glass door about 3 feet in front of your body

See that the source of bright light is coming

From outside that transparent glass door 

Shining toward you

Pause


If you feel curious and adventurous

Know that your consciousness can allow you

To walk through that door, or 

If you don’t feel like walking through the door now

That’s fine, and you can just view the bright light from 

Where you are

Breathing… Pause


If you choose to walk through the door, you leave your physical body behind the door for just for the few moments of this meditation

Thank your body for waiting for you while you adventure

Walking through the glass door, noticing yourself as you enter 

Into a wide and deep cave except that this 

Cave, instead of being dark, is full of bright, shining light

Reaching high above you and

Way down beneath you and all around you

Inside you

How do you feel being in the bright light of this cave?

Breathing…. Pause


Now, as you get used to this bright light, imagine

That you see other forms around you, forms and shapes of any and every sort

You may see structures, geometric patterns, animals, people, energies, colors or sensations, whatever forms you see or feel or sense, experience them, knowing

That these are all bodies of light, glowing with grace

Love, kindness and compassion, as are you

Breathing... Pause


Let yourself show the other forms, the love and grace

That emanates through you toward them in whatever ways you choose

Pause


How do you feel now as you share with these other forms or beings?

Now, feel them sharing with you

What’s that like?

Breathing.... Pause


If you see a form that you would like to pick out to embody, to take back home with you

Or, if you see yourself inside a different type of shape, body, color, or sound than the body you left by the glass door, experience that form, be with it for a few moments

Breathing.... Pause


How does it feel, what's it like to be in that form?

Do you want to take it with you back to our reality here on this earth? 

If not, that is fine.

If you would like to bring this form back with you, you can put it on for awhile, like clothes, wearing it

Breathing…. Pause


Feel free to continue wearing it, feeling how it fits, how it suits you and

Now, it is time to look back at your physical form on the other side of the transparent glass door where you left it when you entered

See your body huddling near the

Door, on the other side, peeking through it


Now, begin walking toward the glass door again

This time bringing a new or different type of grace

A new bright light, sound, shape, or color that you have received or experienced

Remember the inside of the bright cave is now within you as you reconnect with your physical body at the door, walking back through it, back into your current body, bringing with you whatever you may want to from this experience of stepping through this door and walking into the cave, and perhaps embodying a different form, shape, sound, or presence

Breathing.... Pause


Can your current physical body feel the bright light or any other energies that you have been surrounded by in the bright cave? 

Does your body feel any different than before? There is no one right way to feel so feel however you feel which is just true.

Breathing.... Pause


Now, as your consciousness wonders only a little about the place and space you have experienced, you have now reconnected with your physical form, and you can choose to remain at rest now, deeply relaxing for a few more moments. Not particularly needing to analyze or think through anything about this meditation but just savoring it and letting it Be.

Pause awhile


Now, when you are ready, you can open your eyes and return to this space, this community

This room and all these energies around us, coming back to this gathering of other Souls and bodies who have been near you during this meditation journey.


Take your time, look around yourself if you’d like and feel Mother Earth beneath you connected through your feet and your bottom on the seat or the floor as you once more root deeply down into the earth.

You can be here now. And, so it is and so it shall be.


When you are ready, you can open your eyes, stretch your body a little, breathe, wiggle toes or hands, and return to us.
