Sacred Circle Meditation, 7/15/23
Meditation
Let’s get comfortable, breathe together and connect to ourselves and to each other. This meditation has elements of constellations in the quantum field:
Ring Bell
Please sit back in your chairs or couch or on the floor and breathe together gently. If you’d like you can close your eyes to enter into a higher frequency realm. Feel your spine straighten out, feel your feet or bottom on the floor. Inhale in through your mouth and out through your mouth, gently. You can also try breathing into your heart area. As you breathe, you scan your body moving up and down the scale of your chakra system - like musical notes. Just breathe.
Now I want you to imagine a stream of bright light, warm energy flowing down from above into your crown chakra. The air, the skies, the sun and the whole cosmos is sending you soothing energy into your body through your head. Breathe. Read SLOWLY! This energy and light shines down through your third eye chakra and throat chakra toward your heart chakra. Then, these bright light energies move toward your solar plexus, as you breathe, to your sacral area and into your root chakra, down your legs and into your feet. Just breathe.
Notice that you are growing roots from the bottom of your feet, roots that are entering the floor to the ground to the mycelium network underneath the ground. As your roots travel, imagine how the mycelial network offers you sustenance, minerals, water, nourishment and nurturance as it does to all trees and plants who share with each other. Breathe.
Now, see if you can pull up colorful energy from Mother Earth into your body and into this room with all of us. Feel the energy rising up into you. Imagine this energy flowing into the circle around us.
Breathe. Now, I’d like you to imagine being in an open space. Any kind of open space that comes to you. Picture yourself being there in that open space, opening up to your surroundings. See how it looks, smells, feels. Pause. Now, imagine an energy of some sort coming into that same space. This energy may have form or color, may be a person, an animal, or a symbol of any sort. Just allow whatever energy comes to you. If nothing comes, that is OK, too. Pause. Now, notice how this energy interacts with you. Pause.
Now, I want you to imagine one more energy coming into this space, again, taking form or not. How does this energy feel to you? What’s this energy like? Pause. If both of these energies interact, what happens? No need to judge or be concerned, just be open and accepting about whatever comes. Pause and breathe.
Now, imagine that the first energy that came to you may be a present or future form of energy that surrounds you, one that speaks to your soul, an energy from your higher self or from the Divine, the Great Mystery. The second energy that came in may be an energy connected to your past. With this information, just notice whatever happens. Pause.
Now, as you thank these energies and allow them to move on, you can gently return to the room. Your roots and other energies still flow throughout your body. Notice your finger and toes, wriggling them if you’d like. Still breathing gently, when you are ready, you can open your eyes and return to our circle.
